Shipping policy

 

Effective date: October 8, 2025
Applies to: All orders placed on Luvvi & Co.’s official store (including pre-orders).


1) Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Address edits/cancellations: Possible within 2 hours of ordering. After fulfillment starts, we’re unable to modify the order.

  • Fraud & verification: We may contact you to verify payment or shipping details.


2) Pre-Orders (Mimby the Kangaroo – Collector’s Edition)

  • Pre-order window: Launching November 2025.

  • Estimated dispatch: Late January 2026 (first production batch).

  • Split shipments: If your cart contains in-stock + pre-order items, we’ll ship together when the pre-order is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, place two orders.

  • Dates are estimates: Production or logistics issues can shift timelines; we’ll email updates if anything changes.


3) Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship to United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, and EU.
Carriers may include: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, or a local last-mile partner.

4) Delivery Estimates (after dispatch)

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–8 business days

  • UK & EU: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–9 business days

  • Other international: 7–15 business days

Rural/remote areas, weather, customs, and holidays may add extra time.


5) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
Where available, we show express options.
If we run a free-shipping threshold promotion, it will be clearly shown at checkout.


6) Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking email/SMS when your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

  • If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.


7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Outside your region’s domestic borders, your order may incur import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees set by your local customs authority.

  • These charges are not collected by Luvvi & Co. and are your responsibility.

  • Refusal to pay customs can result in return or disposal by customs; shipping and fees are non-refundable in such cases.


8) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Marked delivered but not received:

    1. Check with neighbors/building/concierge.

    2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked early).

    3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

    4. Still missing? Email support@luvvi.co within 7 days of the scan.

  • In-transit delays: We’ll liaise with the carrier; replacements/refunds are assessed case-by-case once the carrier confirms loss.

  • Damages: Photograph the box + product + label and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a solution.


9) Wrong/Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship once the correct address is provided. Reship fees may apply.


10) PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can often ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO with postal services. If an item is oversized/express, a street address may be required.


11) Multiple Items & Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately at our discretion to speed delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking if this occurs.


12) Order Not Received Within Estimate

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 business days past the upper estimate above, please contact support@luvvi.co with your order number + tracking link.


13) Returns & Exchanges (Summary)

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
